Decide Like a CFO publishes educational content about household money decisions. You can reach us about anything in this notice at [email protected].

What we collect

• Your email address, if you subscribe. Nothing else is required.
• Whether you open or click our emails, recorded by our email provider, so we can see which letters are useful.
• Basic technical data (such as your IP address and browser), processed by our website host to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies.

Why, and on what basis

We use your email address only to send you the free model you asked for and the weekly letter. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by subscribing and can withdraw at any time.

Who processes it for us

• beehiiv sends the letter and stores the subscriber list. beehiiv is based in the United States, so your email address is stored there.
• Cloudflare hosts this website.

We do not sell, rent or share your email address with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe. After that, your address is kept only on a suppression list so we never email you again by mistake.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe with the link at the bottom of every email. You can also ask us to show you, correct or delete the data we hold about you by writing to the address above. If you are in the EU or UK and are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
